CaseTalk and Infagon both support a dialect of ORM called Fully Communication Oriented Information Modeling (FCO-IM). CaseTalk is a commercial tool with a limited freeware version for education use while Infagon is a freeware tool (and will become an open source product). There is also a discontinued product called FCO-IM Casetool available for free as well.

NIAM+ supports the Natural language Information Analysis Method (NIAM) ORM dialect and is freeware.
