Could not install OrthogonalToolbox1.5

Dear all,

Pls. help me to install OrthogonalToolbox1.5!!!
When I execute the installation file (setup.exe), it require .NET framework version 1.1.. to be installed. However, my system have already installed .NET framework 2.0.
What should I do now?

My Platform:
- Window XP Professional SP2
- Visual Studio 2005 with .NET framework v2.0

Try this version: http://www.orthogonalsoftware.com/files/OT2003TestRelease.zip

Thank Scot for your reply.
However, this version is the same as the one that I downloaded.
It also complain that my system have not installed .NET framework version 1.1.4322 though I have already installed .NET framework 2.0 (running VS 2005 ok). :(
