Visio Bug: Join Set Comparison Constraints

Location: BlogsObjectRoleModeling.com Web LogVisio Bugs

Join-set comparison (i.e. subset, equality, or exclusion) constraints do not appear on the diagram.

For example, consider the fact types "Person[2] works for Department", "Department sponsors Project[2]", and "Person[1] works on Project[1]" and a constraint that no Person can work on a Project not sponsored by the Department for which they work. If you add a subset constraint between the role sequence indicated by [1] and the role sequence indicated by [2], this join-subset constraint does not appear on the diagram. Join-exclusion and join-equality constraints are similarly not displayed on the diagram.
